NRL Recruitment 2023: Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) invites applications from eligible candidates for Graduate Engineer Trainee, MT-HR, Assistant Officer- Commercial (Trainee), and Assistant Accounts Officer vacancy under NRL Special Recruitment Drive 2023. 1. Post Name:- Graduate Engineer Trainee- Mechanical
- No of posts:- 1 [PwBD]
- Age limit:- 40 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS), 43 years for PwBD (OBCNCL), and 45 years for PwBD (SC/ST)
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Essential Qualification:– 1st class graduate in Mechanical Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
2. Post Name:- Graduate Engineer Trainee- Computer Science
- No of posts:- 1 [PwBD]
- Age limit:- 40 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS), 43 years for PwBD (OBCNCL), and 45 years for PwBD (SC/ST)
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Essential Qualification:- 1st class graduate in Computer Science Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
3. Post Name:- MT- HR
- No of posts:- 1 [PwBD]
- Age limit:- 40 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS), 43 years for PwBD (OBCNCL), and 45 years for PwBD (SC/ST)
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Essential Qualification:- 1st class MBA in HR having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
4. Post Name:- Assistant Officer- Commercial (Trainee)
- No of posts:- 1 [PwBD]
- Age limit:- 42 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS), 45 years for PwBD (OBCNCL), and 47 years for PwBD (SC/ST)
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
- Essential Qualification:- 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized University/ Institute approved by UGC with a minimum of 60% marks.
5. Post Name:- Assistant Accounts Officer
- No of posts:- 1 [SC]
- Age limit:- 37 years for SC candidates.
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
- Essential Qualification:-
(i) CA/ CMA (Intermediate) pass and
(ii) Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institute approved by UGC with a minimum of 60% marks. - Experience:- 3 years post qualification (Experience will be considered from the date of passing the CA/CMA (Intermediate) exam.

Selection Procedure
- The credentials of candidates registering online for the Walk-in-Interview will be scrutinized by NRL and eligible candidates will be notified to report at the Walk-in venue for the process.
- Candidates will have to produce all the requisite documents (original and copies) for face-to-face verification and scrutiny at the venue. Candidates clearing the face-to-face scrutiny process will be allowed to attend the Interview process. The final selection shall be based on Personal Interviews (100% weightage) among those candidates.
