- No of posts: 24 [UR:2, Khasi/Jainti:10, Garo10, OST/SC:1, PWD:1]
- Age limit: 18 to 32 years as of 01.01.2024. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years for SC/ST. Candidate (s) already in regular Government Service or serving in any Board (receiving G/A from the State Government) shall be as per the Government rules. For persons with physical disabilities specified as per (the RPWD) Act, the age is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SC/ST).
- Salary: Pay Scale Rs. 26,500 — Rs. 62,400 /-
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or its equivalent from any recognized University with Knowledge in Computer.

MBOSE LDA Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure
i. The preliminary Test will consist of :
- General English: 50 marks
- General Awareness & Aptitude: 100 Marks The questions will be Objective type and OMR sheets will be used.
ii. Typing speed, computer skill/knowledge
- Composition, letter writing Formal/Semi-formal, drafting of official letters, preparation of PowerPoint, typing speed test, use of spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel & editing in Microsoft Word. Practical/written tests will be conducted on desktops only. No request for handwritten answer scripts will be entertained.
iii. Personal interview
- Those candidates who have been declared passed/successful in the Practical/Computer test will be called for a personal interview.
- Before the Personal Interview, the original documents & application of the candidate will be scrutinized.
