- Required Experience:-
a) A good team management experience.
b) Prior or current experience in fieldwork is a must. Therefore, the candidate needs to have a good knowledge of coordinating a field team to ensure a smooth operation on the ground.
c) Has an intermediate level knowledge of working with data tools (MS Excel/ GoogleSheet)
d) Prior experience in the education sector is a plus (not mandatory)

- Required Experience –
a) Strong knowledge of Salary structure, Benefits, and compensation, Surveys/benchmarking, and Job evaluation systems.
b) Prior work experience in Human Resources
c) Has a strong knowledge of working with data tools (MS Excel/ GoogleSheet)
d) A degree with an MBA degree in HRM is preferred.
