1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Photography, Mass Communication, or any related field.
2. Minimum 1 year experience as Videographer or Photographer
3. Well-versed in Composition and Visual Storytelling
4. Must have own Camera
5. Can speak English and Khasi fluently (to effectively communicate with the subjects) - Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operate, set up, and fix video, audio, and lighting equipment.
2. Translating scripts or ideas into powerful visual sequences that tell a story effectively and evoke emotions.
3. Frame and compose shots, and use lighting and sound to capture different kinds of videos.
3. Plan the flow of the video, identify the right set-up, and choose the right equipment.
4. Communicate ideas clearly and listen to feedback while shooting.
