NHPC Recruitment 2023: National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) invites online applications for the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and E&C) Supervisors, Accountants, Hindi Translators, and Draftsmen. The last date for submission of the application is 30.06.2023.

1. Post Name:- Junior Engineer (Civil)

• No of posts:- 149
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  (ii) SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  (iii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

2. Post Name:- Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• No of posts:- 74
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  (ii) SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  (iii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

3. Post Name:- Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  (ii) SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  (iii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

4. Post Name:- Junior Engineer (E&C)

• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:-
  (i) 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Government /Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  (ii) SC/ST/PwBD Candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  (iii) Higher technical qualification like B.Tech./B.E. without the essential qualification i.e., full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/allowed.

5. Post Name:- Supervisor (IT)

• No of posts:- 9
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:-
  Regular Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level course from Government/ Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  OR
  Three years regular Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT from Government/Government they have recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
  OR
  Regular BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from Government/Government recognized Institutes with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023.

6. Post Name:- Supervisor (Survey)

• No of posts:- 19
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:- 03 years full-time regular Diploma in Surveying/Survey Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Experience:- The candidate must know with job description-taking longitudinal section, cross section, contouring, topographic survey, hydrographic survey, land map, valuation statement, land acquisition works, drawing of detailed survey map, handling and operating Theodolite, EDM, Total Station (Computerized Survey Instrument), Codifying the Data, Survey Software Program (e.g. LISCAD, etc.) including terrain modeling in computer, printing, etc. with minimum 1-year post qualification experience as on 30.06.2023.

7. Post Name:- Sr. Accountant

• No of posts:- 28
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 29,600- 1,19,500 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:- Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass.

8. Post Name:- Hindi Translator

• No of posts:- 14
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 27,000- 1,05,000 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:- Master’s degree from a recognized Indian university in Hindi with English as an elective subject at the Degree level or Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian university in English with Hindi as an elective subject at the degree level. Pass candidates are eligible to apply.
• Experience: One-year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi and Vice Versa in Central/State Govt./PSU.OR One-year post-qualification experience in research or teaching in Hindi in Central/State Govt. Educational Institute. OR Degree/Diploma in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa from a recognized Indian University.

9. Post Name:- Name: Draftsman (Civil)

• No of posts:- 14
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman Civil Trade from NCVT with NTC/NAC.

10. Post Name:- Draftsman (Elect./Mech.)

• No of posts:- 8
• Age limit as of 30.06.2023:- 30 years.
• Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 25,000-85,000 (IDA).
• Essential Qualification:- Matriculation Pass and ITI in Draughtsman

The last date for submission of the application is 30.06.2023.

• Log on to www.nhpcindia.com & apply through the online application portal available in the section “Career” with us. A candidate must possess a valid E-mail id and mobile number which shall be active throughout the process as required for any further notification.
• Fill out the Online application form with relevant details and submit it. After successful submission, an application ID shall be generated by the system which shall be kept and used for further communication.
• Scanned copies of the following documents should be kept ready by the candidate before applying for online registration for attachment:
  a. Matriculation/ secondary school certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
  b. Complete set of mark sheets/ certificates in support of qualification.
  c. Caste certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India. In the case of OBC candidates, the community certificate should have been issued within 6 months
  before the date of registration.
  d. Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority (if applicable)
• Upload the latest photograph and signature as per instructions given in the online application portal.
• Take out the print of the registration form generated by the system in duplicate with the Unique application ID for future reference.

Application Fee

• Candidates belonging to the General, EWS & OBC (NCL) categories are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.295/- (including GST @ 18%) through online mode.
• The SC/ST/ PwBD/ESM category candidates need not pay the registration fee. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility & correctness of the information on the Application Form before paying the application fee.
