- Essential Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology /Chemical Technology & Polymer Science/ Chemical Technology & Plastic Technology with a minimum of 65% marks.

3. Post Name:- Executive Trainee (GAILTEL TC/TM)
- No of posts:- 8 [UR:4, EWS:0, OBC:3, SC:1, ST:0]
- Essential Qualification:– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Electrical
& Electronics/ Electrical & Telecommunication with minimum 65% marks.
4. Post Name:- Executive Trainee (BIS)
- No of posts:- 8 [UR:4, EWS:0, OBC:2, SC:1, ST:1]
- Essential Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks OR Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 60% marks and 03 years Master’s Degree in Computer Application (MCA) with a minimum of 65 % marks.
Upper Age limit:- 26 years as of 15.03.2023. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Salary:- Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the Basic Pay of Rs.60,000/- during one year of training cum probation as Executive Trainee in E-2 grade. On successful completion of their Training cum Probation Period, they will be absorbed in the identical Pay Scale of Rs.60,000 – 1,80,000/- in E-2 grade.

Upon receipt/ downloading of the GATE-2023 Admit card with the registration number, candidates will have to separately apply online in GAIL indicating their GATE- 2023 Registration Number in the “Careers” section of the GAIL website https://gailonline.com

Selection Procedure
GAIL will be utilizing the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering – 2023 Marks (GATE-2023 Marks) for recruitment of Executive Trainees in the disciplines of chemical, Civil, GATELTEL (TC/TM), and BIS during the year 2023.
Based on the GATE-2023 marks and requirements, candidates will be shortlisted for the further selection process for the position of Executive Trainee in the above disciplines. Please note that only the GATE-2023 mark is valid for this recruitment exercise. GATE marks of 2022 or prior to that are not valid.
