DERT Meghalaya Recruitment 2024 notification for Graphic Designer Vedio Editor & Academic Coordinator vacancy. The Directorate of Educational Research and Training, Meghalaya invites applications from eligible candidates to fill up the following posts on a Contractual basis under the PM e-VIDYA DTH TV project. 1. Post Name: Graphic Designer
- No of posts: 1
Age limit: As per Government of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary: Rs 35,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Graduates in Fine Arts/ Graphic/ Animation/ Applied Arts or equivalent (4 years Degree) OR Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design field or related Diploma in Graphics/ Animations/Computer Application/ Media Production and Management from any recognized institution.
- Experience:
1. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant area.
2. Proficiency in creating artistic representations through illustrations, 2D/3D animation and VFX. - Preference will be given to:
1. Experience in development work for teaching-learning materials and dissemination of media/IT Content/ICT for Children and Education.
2. Experience with Computer Graphics in Blender/Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
2. Post Name: Video Editor
- No of posts: 1
- Age limit: As per Government of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary: Rs 28,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduation in Media Production and Management/Mass Communication from any recognized institution.
- Experience:
1. At least 3-4 years of experience in professional video production and editing (or filmmaking, direction, shooting, etc.) required for TV production.
2. Must have a demonstrated experience in video production; (Sample/s of uploaded videos is to be shared for review). - Preference will be given to:
1. Professional video editor/producer with demonstrated experience in video production relating to educational and developmental issues with experience using professional video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
2. Experience with different video format conversions for download and online streaming.
3. Experience in covering subjects in a sensitive context and challenging environment
3. Post Name: Academic Coordinator
- No of posts: 1
- Age limit: As per Government of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary: Rs 25,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience working as an academic expert in a relevant subject, eContent development/ online course development & management, conducting training/teaching the relevant subject at the level of teacher education/ Research in relevant subject/ educational projects at national/state level in the education sector and experience in Data Handling/Analysis, Report writing, etc. - Preference will be given to:
1. Candidates with M.Ed.
2. Good Communication both verbal skills in English and Hindi
3. Proficient in ICT skills.
