1. Post Name:- Project Manager – Marketing (PM-NFM)

- Essential Qualification:-
1. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or Communications from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with progressively increasing responsibility.
3. Experience in strategic planning, and online/ offline campaign development.
4. Demonstrated success in managing affiliate marketing-related activities.
5. Proficiency in digital channels like social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. - Desirable:- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics or other emphasizing digital marketing.

- Essential Qualification:-
1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resource Management, Ecology, or a related field from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in climate control, Environmental Management, or related fields.
3. Experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of environmental projects. - Desirable:
1. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and foster partnerships with Governmental Agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions.
2. Proficiency in preparing project documentation, including environmental impact assessments, permits, and compliance reports.
3. Post Name:- Project Manager -Partnership & Convergence (PM-FPC)

- Age limit:- Within 35 years of age.
- Salary:- Rs. 46,800/- per month
- Essential Qualification:-
1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field from a reputed University/ Institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agricultural Development, Rural Development, or related fields.
3. Experience in establishing and managing partnerships and collaborations between government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
4. Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating projects or programs related to agriculture, rural development, or food security - Desirable:-
1. Ability to facilitate dialogue and build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including farmers, government officials, NGOs, and private sector partners.
2. Knowledge of participatory approaches and Methodologies for community engagement and empowerment.
4. Post Name:- State MIS Coordinator -Livelihoods Promotion

- Salary:- Rs. 33,800/- per month
- Essential Qualification:-
1. a. Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a reputed University/Institution.
b. Minimum 3 years of working experience in MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting,.
OR
2. a. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed University/Institution. b. Minimum 4 years experience in MIS Management, Data Analysis & Reporting.
3. Proficiency in MIS software systems and tools, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
4. Computer Skills with emphasis on Microsoft Packages, Google Suite, etc.
S. Proficiency in Troubleshooting & Support. - Desirable:-
1. Application Programming- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications with practical knowledge.
2. Experience in the Development and maintenance of websites and web-based applications.
3. Data Analysis- Knowledge of assessing and evaluating MIS Data.
