- For Assistant Manager (Civil/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/ Elect. (min 55% marks)
- For Assistant Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin) with min. 55% marks in graduation.
- Minimum PostQualification Working Experience:– Min. 2 yrs. Post qualification executive experience with min 1 yr. in next below grade in an organization of repute in case of other than Govt. organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 3,60000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization
2. Post Name:- Manager Gr.II (E-2)
- No of posts:- 3 [UR:1, SC:1, ST:1]

1. Mgr Gr.II (Civil): 2 Posts (Agartala, Meghalaya)
2. Mgr Gr.II (Electrical): 1 Post (Agartala) - Upper age limit:- 35 years as of 29.11.2022.
- Educational Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech or AMIE or equivalent qualification in Civil/ Elect. (min 55% marks)
- Minimum PostQualification Working Experience:- Min. 4 yrs. Post qualification executive experience with min 2 years in next below grade in an organization of repute in case of other than Govt. organization the gross drawn remuneration should not be less than Rs. 4,80000/- per annum in his/her last/current Organization
