Meghalaya Urban Development Authority Recruitment 2020:- Applications are invited by Meghalaya Urban Development Authority (MUDA) from interested candidates to fill up the following posts in the State Level Technical Cells (SLTCs), for the implementation of Pradhan Awas Yojana Housing for All (Urban) in Meghalaya & in the State Mission Management Unit (SMMU), Atal Mission Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT). 1. Post Name:- Urban Planner
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Place of posting:- Shillong
- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:- The gross emolument of the incumbent is Rs. 85,000 per expert per month for the Post Graduate degree holders, Rs. 70,000 per expert per month for the Graduate degree holders, Rs. 50,000 for Diploma holders
- Educational Qualification & Experience:-
1. Masters’ degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning or Masters in Architectural Urban Design / Urban Housing with at least 10 years of experience in a managerial position.
2. Having experience in project management with 3-5 years in a managerial position.
3. Experience in working with large scale urban development/ affordable housing/ slum development projects/programs.
4. Experience in implementing urban reforms for States and ULBs.
2. Post Name:- Municipal/ Civil Engineer
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Place of posting:- Cluster 1 (Resubelpara & Baghmara)
- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:- The gross emolument of the incumbent is Rs. 45,000 per expert per month for the Post Graduate degree holders, Rs. 35,000 per expert per month for the Graduate Degree holders, Rs. 25,000 for Diploma holders.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:-
1. Postgraduate or graduate degree in Engineering with specialization in public health engineering or diploma in Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in procurement, design, and supervision of infrastructure works.
3. Ability to assist ULBs to set standards and procedures for ensuring quality and monitoring compliances.
4. Prior experience as a municipal engineer will be an added advantage.
5. Fluency in local language essential.
3. Post Name:- Capacity Building/ Institutional Strengthening
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Place of posting:- Cluster 1 (Resubelpara & Baghmara)
- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:-. The gross emolument of the incumbent is Rs. 45,000 per expert per month for the Postgraduate degree holders, Rs. 35,000 per expert per month for the Graduate degree holders, Rs. 25,000 for Diploma holders.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:-
1. Postgraduate/ graduate or diploma in the development sector (urban development or social development).
2. 3 -5 years of experience in training and capacity building programs.
3. Knowledge of adult learning methodology, curricula development, course organization, training, and training impact evaluations.
4. Knowledge and experience of Government system and procedures.
5. Fluency in local language essential.
