MOFPI Recruitment 2020:- Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) invites applications from eligible candidates for the below-mentioned positions under the National Project Monitoring Unit (NPMU). The last date for submission of application is 15.06.2020.
1. Post Name:- Lead Project Manager
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 62 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 3,30,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- MBA/ Master’s degree in Public Administration or Rural Development or Economics/ PGDM with specialization in Agri./ Food Business or Rural Management from National/ International reputed University/ Institute.
- Experience:- 12 – 15 years experience in managing development projects preferably in Food Processing or Agri-Business development or Rural Development or MSME, out of which 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Post Name:- Financial & Micro Credit Manager
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- MBA/PGDM (Finance) from reputed National/ International University/ Institute.
- Experience:- 3-5 years experience in the appraisal of the Business Plan of Micro Enterprises and financing MSMEs.
3. Post Name:- Enterprise Development Manager
- No of posts:-1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Degree in Engineering/ Technology and MBA/ PGDM, from reputed National/ International University/ Institute, with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
- Experience:- 3-5years experience in the development of clusters, organization of FPO, branding & marketing of produce of MSME.
4. Post Name:- Food Technologist
- No of posts:- 2 (Two)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Master’s degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed National/ International University/ Institute. Ph.D. in the design and development of Food Process/Equipment or New Product Development is desirable.
- Experience:- 3-5 years experience in providing consultancy services to FPI (preferably to Micro Enterprises) for technology up-gradation, new product development, quality assurance, food safety management.
5. Post Name:- M&E Manager
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Master’s degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Data Analytics from reputed National/ International University/ Institute.
- Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in monitoring or data analytics on development programs at the national level. Ability to handle data for interpretation of information, experience in using statistical and M&E tools, and dashboard preferred.
6. Post Name:- Communication Manager
- No of posts:- 2 (Two)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Master’s degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism from reputed National/ International University/ Institute.
- Experience:- 3-5 years experience in planning & overseeing the IEC campaign for National program for masses/ beneficiaries at the grass-root level.
7. Post Name:- Procurement Specialist
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 1,45,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Economics/ Management disciplines from reputed National/ International University/ Institute. MBA/PGDM from reputed National/ International University/ Institute with a focus in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management desirable.
- Experience:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in public procurement with State or Central Government or with State/ Central Public Sector Undertaking.
8. Post Name:- Young Professional
- No of posts:- 4 (Four)
- Upper age limit:- 32 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- B.Tech./ MSc. in Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed National/ International University/ Institute with a minimum of 1-year experience.
9. Post Name:- Young Professional
- No of posts:- 4 (Four)
- Upper age limit:- 32 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Educational Qualification:- B.Tech./ M.Sc. in Food Technology/ Post Graduates in Economics/ Management/ Rural Management/ Agri Business from reputed National/ International University/ Institute with minimum of 1 year experience.
