3. Strong ability to organize resources, tasks, and timelines efficiently.
4. The ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to the project’s needs is crucial.
5. Accuracy in maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with project goals.
6. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in both written and oral communication in the local language and English.
8. Experience in conducting field research and data collection
9. Ability to prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders or funding agencies, outlining progress and key metrics.
10. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Proficient in data entry and data handling work
12. Capability to work independently in field settings, showcasing resilience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
13. Experience in managing project budgets, and ensuring cost control within allocated resources.
14. Experience in leading or facilitating team

- Essential Qualification:
# Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
# Written and oral fluency in the local language and English.
# Proven experience in conducting field research and data collection in health projects.
# Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Desirable:
# Bachelor’s degree in Public Health OR Social Work
# Proficiency in using data collection tools like interview schedules, Topic guides
# Ability to work independently in field settings, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
