RRB Recruitment 2024 notification for RRB Technician vacancy. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a job notification for 14298 Technician Posts in various RRBs. The revised online application process for RRB will start from 2nd October 2024 to 16th October 2024.
1. Post Name:- Technician Grade-I Signal
- No of posts:- 1092
- Age limit:- Candidates age must be between 18 to 36 years as 1st July 2024. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay Level-5 of 7th CPC, Rs. 29200/-
- Essential Qualification:-
Bachelor of Science In Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Instrumentation from a recognized University/ Institute OR B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Physics/ Electronics/ Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognized University/ Institute.
OR
Three years Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or combination with any of the above basic streams
OR
Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or a combination of any of the above basic streams.
2. Post Name:- Technician Grade-III
- No of posts:- 8052
- Age limit:- Candidates age must be between 18 to 33 years old as 1st July 2024. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay Level-2 of 7th CPC, Rs. 19900/-
- Essential Qualification:-
Matriculation/ SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trade/s as mentioned in the official notification.
OR
Matriculation/ SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.
3. Post Name:- Technician (Workshops & Production Units)
- No of posts:- 5154
- Age limit:- Candidates age must be between 18 to 33 years old as of 1st July 2024. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay Level-2 of 7th CPC, Rs. 19900/-
- Essential Qualification:-
Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade.
OR
Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the relevant trade.
