- Age limit:- 40–45 years
- Essential Qualification:- Chartered Account or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) from a premier institution like IIMs.
- Experience:- 15 years of working experience in the Corporate Sector Finance & Accounts with good knowledge of requirements under the Companies Act. Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU
experience in finance & account, audits, etc. is desirable.
2. Post Name:- General Manager (IT/ Communication)

- Age limit:- 40–45 years
- Essential Qualification:- Graduate in Computer Engineering (Science)/ Electronics Engineering from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs,….etc. Preference would be
given to candidates having a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (Science)/ Electronics Engineering/ Communications. - Experience:-
(i) 15 years of working experience in the IT industry with complete knowledge of integrating various ICT technologies.
(ii) Experience in planning, estimation, and execution of various ICT initiatives, predominantly in the integration of different ICT technologies and their long-term sustenance.
(iii) Working knowledge of operations control center
3. Post Name:- General Manager (Buildings)
- No of posts:- 1
- Age limit:- 40–45 years
- Essential Qualification:- Graduate in Civil Engineering from premier institutes such as IITs, NITs, ..etc. Preference would be given to candidates having a Master’s degree in construction management ….etc.
- Experience:-
(i) 15 years of working experience with any reputed consultants/ contractors/ developers/ public sector undertakings/..etc
(ii) Experience in planning, estimation, contracts preparation, supervision, and construction/execution of Multi story RCC buildings.
4. Post Name:- Manager (Building Design)
- No of posts:- 1
- Age limit:- 40–45 years
- Essential Qualification:- Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs…etc. Preference would be having a Master’s degree in structures, construction management, etc.
- Experience:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of RCC structures/ buildings.
5. Post Name:- Manager (Quantity Estimation)
- No of posts:- 1
- Age limit:- 40–45 years
- Essential Qualification:- Graduate in Civil Engineering from reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs…etc.
- Experience:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in undertaking rate analysis of various items of work, preparation of BOQ, etc. for RCC buildings.
