SeSTA Recruitment 2023: Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) invites applications for the posts of Integrator (Operations), Business Planner, Centre Manager, Executive (MIS & MEL), Executive-Human Resource Management (HRM) and NRM Technical Expert. 1. Post Name:- Integrator (Operations)

- Place of posting:- North Garo Hills (Meghalaya)
- Upper age limit:- 35 years.
- Salary:- Negotiable (as per years of relevant experience)
- Essential Qualification:- A professional degree/Postgraduate degree having a minimum of four years of experience in the development sector and 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST and OBC) in the last qualifying exam. 2. Post Name:- Business Planner (Contractual)

- Essential Qualification:- SeSTA is looking for passionate young persons who have the urge to work for rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives, with a minimum of 16 years of education with a professional degree like B.Sc(Agri), B.VSc, B.FSc, B.E., B.Tech, etc or with a postgraduate degree (M.A., M.Sc, M.Com, M.S.W, MBA, M.C.A, etc), having at least 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST) in last qualifying exam with minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in rural development sector/ projects in the rural development sector. Women candidates and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community are encouraged to apply.

- Essential Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech, MTech/MCA/MSc. with 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST and OBC) in the last qualifying exam. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Post Name:- Executive-Human Resource Management (HRM)

- Upper age limit:- 32 years.
- Salary:- Negotiable (as per years of relevant experience)
- Essential Qualification:- Candidates having an MBA in HR or MSW in HR with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the last qualifying exam.
- Experience:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management in the Development Sector only.
6. Post Name:- NRM Technical Expert
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 32 years.
- Salary:- 35,000 to 40,000/month based on relevant experience
- Essential Qualification:- Having an educational qualification in civil engineering/ agriculture engineering/ environmental engineering/ Diploma in civil engineering/ Master in Geography/Ecology/Environmental Science with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the last qualified exams. Candidates from minority and tribal communities, females, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQI+ are encouraged to apply.
- Experience:- At least 2 years of experience in the desired fields engaging in Natural Resource Management, with NGOs, Civil Societies, and Govt. depts. For those candidates having a Diploma at least 3 years of work experience in the requisite fields is required.
