NHM Meghalaya Recruitment 2023: For implementation of Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) under National Health Mission (NHM) in the State of Meghalaya, the Office of the undersigned invites application from Eligible Candidates (only Meghalayan domicile) for recruitment to the following post on a Contract Basis The last date for submission of the application is 20th July 2023.
1. Post Name:- Field Engineer (Civil)
- No of posts:- 2
- Place of Posting:- Khasi/Jaintia and Garo Region (Respective region depending on the region of posting)
- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:- Rs. 25,000/- per month + other allowances as applicable
- Essential Qualification/Experience:-
(1) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
(2) At least (1-2) years of experience in preparing estimates, maintaining measurement books, billing, civil works-related reporting, Microsoft & Google suites, etc.
(3) Good knowledge of billing process, measurement books, site measurement, etc. Experience in monitoring, inspection, and site management.
(4) Fluent in English and local languages (Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo).
(5) Good command of Computer Programs and Applications including civil engineering-related softwares.
(6) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
(7) Willingness to travel and stay frequently at the project sites and villages
2. Post Name:- Community Field Coordinator

- Age limit:- As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- per month + other allowances as applicable
- Essential Qualification/Experience:-
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, and Social Work.
(2) At least 2 years of community-based experience with added experience in project coordination or management with rural communities, preferably in the health sector.
(3) Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of community health systems and community mobilization.
(4) Fluency in local languages (Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo) and good knowledge of English.
(5) Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
(6) Willingness to travel and stay frequently to the project sites and villages.
(7) We are seeking candidates passionate about improving community health and have the qualifications and skills required for this position.
