- Educational Qualification:- Min. Graduate/Bachelor or Masters’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, etc.
- Experience:- Experience in Team handling and Community Mobilisation (3 years to 5 years). Must have own two-wheeler.
Centre Manager will be responsible for the Overall Clinic performance of the area assigned. He/ She will be required to work in dynamic situations, filled with ambiguity and complexity, driving the business strategy for the assigned region and building a motivated high performing Team” the Centre Manager will increase awareness, answer queries, and provide advice to the clients about the company operations. Partner with hospitals/ clinics of repute in different districts/ states for business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting up a new clinic that includes Infrastructure, required licenses, etc
- Managing overall operations of assigned clinic
- Drive performance by managing, motivating, and developing individual contributor
- Develop, execute, own and implement all outreach, sales, and health education activities in a given geography.
- Determine action plans and short-term objectives to execute sales and channel strategy for both Franchise as well as Villages
- Responsible for planning, forecasting, and implementation of activity/ sales plan to achieve the targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers, Headman, relevant government authorities, and healthcare workers like (ASHA, Anganwadi, and SHGs) in the assigned territory.
- Plan local promotions & execution of the same
- Optimize the quality of services & business growth to create and enhance brand image
- Achieving Sales Targets for predefined territory.
- Develop & Maintain relations with existing and new Franchise/ stakeholders through appropriate propositions and sales methods
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Collection & Deposits of all revenues generated from the clinic.
Skills Required
- Willing to relocate (if needed) and travel 80% of the time
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholders at a time
- Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders in the health development sector
- Ability to take initiative and accountability
- Creativity and innovative mindset to improve project efficiency and drive impact
- FMCG/ Pharma/ Medical Services sales experience in Indian Rural markets.
- Continual awareness of changing healthcare developments.
- Negotiation, Leadership, and Team Building skills
