- Master's in Philosophy, Education, English, Social Work, or Psychology
- 2+ years of experience in youth/community engagement or training

2. Post Name: District Field Officer

- Location: Khasi:2, Jaintia:2 and Garo:4
- Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Master's in Social Work or related fields with 1+ years of experience in community engagement MS Excel proficiency (formulas, data entry) 40 WPM+ typing speed Fluent in English & one local language Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
