Meghalaya MPSC Recruitment 2025: On behalf of the government of Meghalaya, the Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) invites applications (Online mode) from eligible candidates for the posts of Inspector of Legal Metrology, Junior Engineer Grade -I (Civil), Draughtsman Grade-II/Surveyor Grade-II and Accounts Assistant in various departments. 1. Post Name: Inspector of Legal Metrology

- Salary: Pay scale Level-12 of revised pay scale.
- Essential Qualification:
- B. Sc in Physics as one of the subjects
- OR
- B. E/B.Tech of any discipline
- (a) Must be able to speak one of the languages of the State.
- (b) Must be physically and mentally fit.

- Department: under the Directorate of Soil & Water Conservation
- Salary: Pay scale Level-7 of revised pay scale.
- Essential Qualification:
- Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/ Draughtsman/ Surveyor from any recognized institution.
- Must undergo the physical and medical test as prescribed by Appointing Authority
4. Post Name: Accounts Assistant
- No of posts: 7 [UR:1, KJ:3, Garo:3]
- Department: under the Directorate of Community and Rural Development
- Salary: Pay scale Level-6 of revised pay scale.
- Essential Qualification: H.S.S.L.C or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University.
Age limit: 18 years to 32 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST. No age bar in respect of regular Government employee who entered Government service within the prescribed age limit. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST.
