  •  Age limit: 18 to 25 years. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
  • Salary: Pay scale Rs. 30000-120000/-. Cost to Company (CTC) is approx Rs. 10.58 Lakh 
  • Essential Qualification: Must possess 3-years full time Regular Diploma in respective branch of Engineering. Candidates must secured minimum 60% marks for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.

Selection Process

The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting and selection tools like Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview, Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Physical Fitness Efficiency Test etc. which would be administered depending upon the position requirement.

Computer Based Test will consist of objective questions and will comprise of two parts.

  • General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
  • Technical/ Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree/ Educational background required for the applied position.

Candidates qualifying in the Computer Based Test may be called for Group Task/ Group Discussion, Skill Test and Personal Interview in order of merit & predetermined ratio. Candidates qualifying in Group Task/ Group Discussion, will be referred for Personal Interview and Skill Test. Shortlisted candidates will further be referred for Pre-Employment Medical Examination and Physical Fitness Efficiency Test.
