- Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: MBA in Hospital Administration Management or MHA from any Recognized Institution.
- Other Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 (Six) months experience of working in a Tertiary Hospital.
- Knowledge of the National Health Programs & Guidelines.
- Knowledge on Hospital Quality System such as NQAS/ NABH/ KAYAKALP/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kairen etc.
- Job Description:
- Working timing 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Compiling Monthly Reports
- Creates and implements hospital quality standards
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets and scheduling expenditures.
- Ability to Train and mentor the hospital staff.
