- Salary: Rs. 75,000/- monthly
- Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University in India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act) or an Institute recognized by the Government of Meghalaya or by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Must have valid license/certificate of enrolment from any Bar Council (within India) at the time of submission of application.
- Having practiced as an Advocate in the Courts/Tribunals within the State of Meghalaya including in the High Court continuously for minimum 10 (ten) years as on the date of submission of application, basically on the service side.
- Preference will be given to candidate having experience in Corporate Law.
- Certificates/ testimonials as proof of qualifications and experience:
- LL.B. Pass Certificate and mark sheets.
- Copy of the license/valid photo identity card issued by any Bar Council within the territory of India.
- Practice certificate issued by the Meghalaya State Bar Council
- Experience Certificate issued by designated Senior Advocate or an advocate who has minimum 15 years of standing at the Bar
