- Location: Shillong
- Age limit: 18 to 45 years
- Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Any Post Graduate OR PhD
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years similar experience
- Exposure to Education & Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET) Sector
- Experience of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of Statistical techniques
- Experience in Statistical applications like SPSS
- Good report writing, Analytical skills
- Experience in managing teams
2. Post Name: Quality & Operations Manager
- No of posts: 1
- Location: Shillong
- Age limit: 18 to 45 years
- Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferably B.E/B.Tech
- Desired: MBA
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years similar experience.
- Experience in Monitoring/implementation of State/Central Government Projects/Externally Aided Projects/ Programs at Field level
- Experience in Socio-development related sectors
- Knowledge of Quality tools & processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in local languages of the state
3. Post Name: Project Associate
- No of posts: 1
- Location: Shillong
- Age limit: 18 to 45 years
- Salary: Rs. 31,200/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years similar experience.
- Experience in working in a govt setup/Processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in Government file work/General administration
- Good communication skills, report preparations, PPTs.
