IOCL Recruitment 2025: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invites online applications from experienced candidates for the post of Assistant Officers (Grade A0) in Finance Function. The last date for submission of the application is 18th March 2025.

- No of posts: Multiple
- Upper age limit: 30 years as on 30th June 2025. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Salary: The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be approx Fourteen Lacs Twenty-Three Thousand (Rs. 14.23 lakhs) per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).
- Essential Qualification: Minimum 3-year graduation in any discipline obtained as Full-time Regular course from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC. Candidates must also have passed the CA Intermediate/ CMA Intermediate from CA/CMA Institute respectively.
- Work experience:
- At least three years of relevant work experience in finance function as on 31st January 2025. Only such work experience will be considered valid for this position
- which has been obtained in relevant field after the date of declaration of result of CA Intermediate/ CMA Intermediate.
- Work experience in relevant field of finance function includes experience(s) in Finance/ Accounts/ Taxation/ Cost Accounting/ Auditing fields etc. These fields are
- not exhaustive, and are indicative in nature only. Further, the Articleship Training/Practical training which are integrated into the curriculum of respective
- course/Institution shall not be considered as valid experience for this purpose.
- Any work Experience gained as an Intern or training will not be counted towards work experience. Further, Work experience gained in a Company or duly registered firms like Partnership firm, Consultancy firm and CA/CMA firm shall only be considered.
- The Corporation reserves the right to take a final decision in considering/not considering an experience as a valid experience for the post.
- Candidates will have to submit a certificate issued from ICAI/ICMAI about having done such Articleship/ Industrial Training, as applicable. The candidates have to submit the undertaking along with reasons, in case, they have not done any Article ship/Industrial Training, as applicable.
