1. Post Name: Manager– Civil Engineer
- No of posts: 1
- Location: Shillong
- Age limit: Upto 45 years
- Salary: Rs. 39,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering offered by a University recognized by the UGC or an associate membership/similar qualification obtained from a recognized professional institution in the field of civil engineering.
- Desired Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in the supervision of construction work and structural design. Preference will be given to those having experience in the relevant field of civil works in the Rural Development sector.
- Essential Skills:
# Experience in contract management, preparation of estimates, civil works bills, and measurement books.
# Good Command of computer programs and applications.
# Demonstrated strong values and professional integrity.
# Preparation of Designs - Requirement:
# Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude and to work productively with heavy workloads, competing priorities, complex problems, and tight guidelines.

2. Post Name: Programme Associate – Project Management

- Location: Shillong, CMU (Ganol & Umiew)
- Age limit: Upto 45 years
- Salary: Rs. 22,100/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Desired Experience: Minimum 01 year of post-qualification experience in project management/ rural development/ working with externally aided projects.
- Essential Skills:
# Good written and communication skills.
# Good Command of computer programs and applications.
# Demonstrated strong values and professional integrity.
# Preparation of Designs - Requirement:
