# Khasi & Jaintia: 66 (Including 2 sports person)
# Garo: 65 (Including 2 sports person)
# OST/SC: 8 - Age limit: 18 to 32 years. For candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes of Meghalaya, the upper age limit shall be relaxable by 10 (ten) years.
- Salary: Pay level-8
- Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing/ General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a Recognized Institution by the Indian Nursing Council. Applicants should be registered under the Meghalaya Nursing Council.

- Essential Qualification: Auxiliary Nurse & Midwifery Certificate from an Institution Recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and Registered under Meghalaya Nursing Council.

Mode of Examination
- The Written Examination is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Black Ball Point Pen. Moreover, tampering with the OMR sheet at any stage will lead to the candidate’s being declared unsuccessful.
Medium of the Question Papers
- The Written Examination will be in English medium.

- There will be two separate centers for writing the examination, i.e., Shillong and Tura.
