- Location: West Garo Hills
- Age limit: As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary: As per IIPH Shillong norms.
- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Master’s of Social Work (MSW), Master’s in Digital Communication Management, Mass Communication Programme or a related discipline.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field-based research, community engagement, or data management.
- Skills:
# Proficiency in data cleaning and analysis, with experience using relevant software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, Excel).
# Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
# Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging field conditions.
# Fluency in English and working knowledge of local languages (Khasi/ Garo/ Jaintia) is an advantage.
2. Post Name: Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)
- No of posts: 1
- Location: West Garo Hills
- Age limit: As per Govt of Meghalaya norms.
- Salary: As per IIPH Shillong norms.
- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), Master’s of Social Work (MSW), Master’s in Digital Communication Management, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
- Work Experience:
# At least 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on health-related projects, is desirable.
# Relevant experience includes managing health programs, healthcare projects, or public health initiatives.
# Experience in developing and implementing health interventions and community engagement strategies. - Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
# Proven experience in developing IEC/BCC materials and training modules
# Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
# Experience in risk communication and community mobilization is highly desirable.
