Meghalaya SRCDA Recruitment 2024 notification. The Office of the State Nodal Officer, UDID Project, SRCDA, Civil Hospital, Shillong invites online applications for the posts of Disability Empowerment Facilitator and Media Assistant. The last date for submission of the application is 22nd July 2024.
1. Post Name:- Disability Empowerment Facilitator, East Khasi Hills

- Place of posting:- State Resource Centre on Disability Affairs, Civil Hospital, Shillong
- Age limit:- The candidate should not have crossed 32 years of age (relaxable upto 37 years in case of ST/SC candidates) as on 1st January 2024
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:- Postgraduate, preferably with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Other Criteria:-
1. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience, especially in eGovernance applications
2. Should be proficient in the English and Khasi language
3. Readiness to travel to all the blocks in the Khasi Hills region for awareness programs, mobilization, etc
4. The applicant must be a permanent resident of East Khasi Hills District, preferably from Shillong.

- Other Criteria:-
1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
2. Proficiency in Content Presentation, Research, Social Media Engagement, Content Production (Audio and Video)
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and good command in English and preferably the local languages (Khasi or Garo)

The last date of the application will be at noon on the 22nd of July 2024.
There shall be a process of scrutiny and screening after which the applications of the eligible and suitable candidates (released in the final list displayed on the website) should be produced at the time of the interview.
The list of eligible and suitable candidates will be displayed on the website of the State Nodal Officer, UDID Project, SRCDA, Civil Hospital, Shillong shortly after the 22nd of July 2024. No separate call letter shall be sent.
Candidates must be domicile residents of the State of Meghalaya. The voter ID of the candidate must be uploaded and presented at the time of the interview. (The Applicant for the Post of Disability Empowerment Facilitator must be a permanent resident of East Khasi Hills District, preferably from Shillong).
