Meghalaya BSc Nursing Admission 2024 notification, The Director of Health Services (MI), Government of Meghalaya invites Online Applications for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) from interested candidates who desire to pursue admission to B.Sc. Nursing Courses in State Government Quota and Private Institutions within the State. The application deadline is 15th June 2024.
Course Name:- Common Entrance Examination 2024 for B.Sc. Nursing Course
- Age limit: The minimum age for applying will be 17 years as on 31st December 2024. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
- Minimum Educational Qualification:–
a) Candidate with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together and passed in English individually.
b) Candidates are also eligible for State Open Schools recognized by the State Government and the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government having Science and English only.
c) English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for applying the CEE for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing). - Other essential criteria:–
a) Colour-blind candidates are eligible provided that colour-corrective contact lenses and spectacles are worn by such candidates.
b) Candidates shall be medically fit.
c) Married candidates are also eligible to apply.
d) Reservation for disability – as per INC guidelines.
How to apply for Meghalaya BSc Nursing Admission 2024 Notification, CEE 2024 Exam?
Candidates can apply for CEE- 2024 through the “Online” mode only on the website www.meghealth.gov.in. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

Applicants must register themselves in the Online Portal if previously not registered. Those who are already registered may log in directly using their registered email ID and password.
When Candidates register/submit the fees, they have to enter the OTP received on their registered Mobile Number.
Only the candidates obtaining the desired percentile stipulated by the conducting authority will be considered as eligible candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses in State Government Quota or in Private Institutions within the State.

Mode of Examination
The CEE 2024 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using a ballpoint pen. Moreover tampering with the OMR at any stage will lead to the declaration of candidates as unsuccessful.

- There will be two separate Centres for writing the Examination, i.e. at Shillong and Tura.
