IGNOU Recruitment 2023: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) invites applications for the 102 no’s Junior Assistant cum Typist (JAT) and Stenographer. The last date for submission of the application is 21.12.2023.
1. Post Name:- Junior Assistant cum Typist (JAT)
- No of posts:- 50 [UR:1, SC:8, ST:4, OBC:14, EWS:5]
- Age limit:- 18 to 27 years as of 21st December 2023. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay Matrix Level 02 of 7th CPC (19900-63200)
- Essential Qualification:-
(i) 10+2 or equivalent
(ii) Typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer. - Desirable: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2. Post Name:- Stenographer
- No of posts:- 52 [UR:23, SC:7, ST:3, OBC:14, ES:5]
- Age limit:- 18 to 30 years as of 21st December 2023. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay Matrix Level 04 of 7th CPC (25500-81100)
- Essential Qualification:-
(i) 10+2 or equivalent
(ii) typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer and
(iii) Shorthand Test @ 80 w.p.m. - Desirable:-
a. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
b. Knowledge of Computers.
