Post Name:- Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream
- No of posts:- 50 [SC:8, ST:4, OBC:11, ES:5, UR:22]
- Age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as of 08.11.2023 i.e. candidates born not earlier than November 09, 1993 are only eligible to apply. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Pay scale Rs. 44500– 2500(4)– 54500– 2850(7)– 74450-EB– 2850(4)– 85850– 3300(1)– 89150 (17 years). Total Monthly Salary: Rs. 90,000/- approx.
- Essential Qualification:- The candidate shall possess any of the following education qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any subject from any recognized University/ Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from
Universities/ Institutions recognized by GoI/ UGC.
OR
2. CA/ CS/ CWA/ CFA/ CMA
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Law/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/ PwBD applicants- 55%) in aggregate from Universities/ Institutions recognized by GoI/ UGC/ AICTE. - Minimum post Educational Qualification work experience:-
2 (two) years in Scheduled Commercial Banks/India Financial Institutions in areas of MSME lending (except personal loans, educational loans, Vehicle Loans, Housing loans, etc.)
OR
3 (three) years in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending/ Non-Individual lending/ Corporate Lending
