LIC ADO Recruitment 2023: The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has released a job notification for LIC ADO Recruitment 2023 in its various zones. Graduates in any discipline can apply for these LIC Apprentice Development Officer posts. Eligible candidates may apply online. The last date is 10.02.2023.
The candidates eligible for recruitment are classified into three categories, namely, LIC Agents Category, LIC Employees Category, and Others Category (Open Market). The number of Apprentice Development Officers recruited from among the LIC Employee Category shall not exceed 15%, from LIC Agents Category shall not exceed 25% and from the Others, Category (Open Market) shall not exceed 60% of the total number of vacancies for recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers.

- Salary:- Basic pay Rs. 35,650- 2200(2)-40,050-2595(2)- 45,240-2645(17)-90,205 plus allowances and other benefits. In an “A” city, it will be about Rs. 56000/-.
- Essential Qualification:- Graduation Degree in any stream in any recognized University in India or Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.

Selection Procedure
- Selection of candidates for Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) posts in Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) will be made on the basis of online tests, followed by an interview of the candidates who qualify in the online test and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination.
