- Age limit:- Not exceeding 30 years as of 18-10-2022. The candidate must have been born not earlier than 19-10-1992 and not later than 17-10-2004. The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.
- Salary:- Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the Level 6 of the Pay Matrix.
- Educational Qualification:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subjects)/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications
OR
Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized Institution/University or equivalent. - Note:-
(i) The qualifying Degree or Diploma referred to above should be in First Class (60% marks) or 6.75 CGPA on a 10-point scale.
(ii) The qualifying Degree or Diploma referred above must be of three (3) years duration after (10+2) examination.
(iii) The applicant must have passed the 10+2 Examination from a Recognized Board or equivalent in Science with Physics and Mathematics as core subjects.
(iv) The candidates who have appeared in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualifications on or before the cut-off date i.e.18-10-2022.

The process of filling online application for the examination consists of two parts:

Application Fee
- The fee is payable: Rs. 100/- (Rupee One Hundred Only).
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of fees.
- Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
Scheme of the Examination
The Commission will conduct a Computer Based Examination comprising 200 questions carrying 200 marks for two hours duration. The question paper would have two parts, Part-I and Part-II as detailed below:
Part-I
- General Intelligence & Reasoning:25 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude:25 Marks
- English language & Comprehension:25 Marks
- General Awareness:25 Marks
Part-II
- Physics/ Computer Science & Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering: 100 Marks
