1. Post Name:- Medical Physicist cum Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posing:- Civil Hospital Shillong
• Upper age limit:- 32 years, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.
• Salary:- Pay level 7
• Educational Qualification:-
  M.Sc in Medical Physics or equivalent from a recognized University
  OR
  M.Sc in Physics from a recognized University. A Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Radiological/Medical Physics from a recognized University. (An approval/certificate from the competent authority to function as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) in Radiotherapy)

2. Post Name:- Medical Physicist (Contractual Basis)

• No of posts:- 1 (One)
• Place of posing:- Civil Hospital Shillong, Cancer Wing
• Upper age limit:- 32 years, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.
• Salary:- Rs. 50,000/- per month
• Educational Qualification:-
  M.Sc in Medical Physics or equivalent from a recognized University
  OR
  M.Sc in Physics from a recognized University. A Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Radiological/Medical Physics from a recognized University. (An approval/certificate from the competent Authority to function as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) in Radiotherapy will be an added preference if available).
