1. Post Name:- Scientist – C (Medical)
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 45 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 67,000/- plus HRA.
- Educational Qualification:-
Post Graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with one year R&D/ teaching experience or Post graduate diploma in medical subjects with two years R&D/ teaching experience in the required subject from a recognized university
OR
MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/ teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS degree.
OR
BDS/B.V.Sc & AH degree recognized by DCI/VCI with 5 years R&D/ teaching experience in the relevant subject after BDS/ B.V.Sc. degree. - Desirable Qualification:-
i) MD in the relevant subject from a recognized university for candidates with a first-class relevant degree.
ii) Additional Post doctoral research/training experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(s).
iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data management.
2. Post Name:- Scientist – B (Non-Medical)
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 40 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 56,000/- plus HRA.
- Educational Qualification:-
First class M.Sc Microbiology/ M.Sc MLT in Virology/ M.Sc Life Sciences/ M.Tech Biotechnology from recognized university/ institute with 2 years of experience in R & D/ teaching experience in relevant subjects after 1st Class M.Sc degree.
OR
Second Class M.Sc Microbiology/ M.Sc MLT in Virology/ M.Sc Life Sciences/ M.Tech Biotechnology plus Ph.D from recognized university/ institute with 2 years of
experience in R & D/ teaching experience in relevant subjects after M.Sc + PhD. - Desirable Qualification:-
i) Preference will be given to candidates having a Doctorate degree in relevant subjects from recognized universities/ institutes for candidates with First Class relevant degrees.
ii) Additional Post Doctoral/ training experience in Virology research from recognized Institute(s).
iii) Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/ data management.
3. Post Name:- Laboratory Technician
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Upper age limit:- 30 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- plus HRA.
- Educational Qualification:– B.Sc./ Intermediate with a diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Desirable Qualification:-
i) Preference to the candidate having 3 years of experience in Microbiology work.
ii) Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/data management.
iii) Training in virology or molecular techniques obtained will be preferred.
