  1. Experience in different Village industries, MSME, Handicrafts, Cottage, etc.
  2. Retired officials of KVIC, KVIB, DIC, MSME DI, NSIC, and COIR Board not below the rank of Assistant Director.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills of the local language of the State besides the official language.
  4. Knowledge of Machinery/ Raw Material/Production process/ Identification of potential activities in the respective areas.
  5. Knowledge of the PMEGP Scheme, Guidelines, and procedure.

2. Post Name:- Marketing Expert

• Salary:- Rs. 40,000/- per month.
• Educational Qualification:-
  Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ marketing/ communications, or graduate in any discipline with 5 years experience in the relevant field preferably for Small Scale & Village Industry, Handicraft, etc.
  OR
  MBA (Marketing) with 2 years experience in the relevant field preferably for Small Scale & Village Industry, Handicraft, etc.
• Experience:-
  1. Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management,
  2. Excellent analytical skills and data analysis,
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  4. Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets in rural India for Village or cottage industry, and
  5. Should be well-versed in local language

3. Post Name:- Retired/ Ex Bank officials

• Upper age limit:- 65 years.
• Salary:- Rs. 40,000/- per month.
• Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience:-
  1. 15 years of experience in banking with a minimum experience of 3 years as a Branch Manager. ,
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Knowledge of preparing an appraisal of project reports & knowledge of techno-economical viability on the projects.
  4. Should be well-versed in the local language.
