The last date for submission of application is within 10 days from the publication of the advertisement.
It’s an addendum to the advertisement No: SDSEON/APPT-2/2015/165-A dated Khliehriat on 4th June 2020 and the Department has issued an additional 10 (ten) days (published on 30.10.2020 Newspaper). Candidates who are qualified but could not submit their application can apply now. Candidates who have already applied need not apply anymore.

- Educational Qualification:- Class 12th Passed with 50% for General Candidates & 45% for ST/SC Candidates with D.El.Ed or B.Ed (B.Ed candidates if appointed shall mandatorily undergo a 6 month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE, within two years of appointment as a primary teacher).
Other eligibility criteria
- MTET Passed Certificate: Compulsory.
- D.EL.Ed Passed Certificate: Compulsory.
- Basic Computer Literacy will be an added preference.
Age limit
- The candidates should not have crossed 32 years of age (relaxable up to 37 years in the case of SC/ST/Differently Able candidates) as on 1 January 2020.
- In respect of candidates employed in aided schools and contractual teachers, the age limit of 35 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC Candidates) as on 1st January 2020.
- In the case of candidates already in government service, he/she should have first entered service within the age limit mentioned in Clause (i) above and he/she should have to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned office/ Department for applying.
