It’s an addendum to the advertisement No: SDSEO/PRY/APPT/4/2020-21/133 dated Khliehriat on 3rd July 2020 and the Department has issued an additional 10 (ten) days w.e.f 27th October 2020. - Educational Qualification:- Class 12th Passed with 50% for General Candidates & 45% for ST/SC Candidates with D.El.Ed or B.Ed (B.Ed candidates if appointed shall mandatorily undergo a 6 month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE, within two years of appointment as a primary teacher).
Other eligibility criteria
- MTET Passed Certificate: Compulsory.
- D.EL.Ed Passed Certificate: Compulsory.
- Basic Computer Literacy will be an added preference.
Age limit
- The candidates should not have crossed 32 years of age (relaxable up to 37 years in the case of SC/ST/Differently Able candidates) as of 1 January 2020.
- In respect of candidates employed in aided schools and contractual teachers, the age limit of 35 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC Candidates) as of 1st January 2020.
- In the case of candidates already in government service, he/she should have first entered service within the age limit mentioned in Clause (i) above and he/she should have to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned office/ Department for applying.
