SBI RSETI Tura Recruitment 2019:- State Bank of India Rural Self-employment Training Institute (SBI RSETI), West Garo Hills, Tura invites application in Standard Form for its vacant Faculty and Office Assistant post purely on a temporary basis. Eligible candidates can apply within 18-12-2019.
1. Post Name:- Faculty
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Age limit:- 22- 40 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 20,000/- per month (fixed).
- Essential Qualification:-
1) Shall be a Graduate/ Post Graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural Development/ M.A. in Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed etc.
2) Shall have a flair for teaching and possess computer knowledge.
3) Excellent Communication Skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
4) Skills in Typing in local language essential.
5) Typing skills in Hindi/ English typing, an added advantage
6) Previous experience as Faculty preferred.
2. Post Name:- Office Assistant
- No of posts:- 1 (One)
- Age limit:- 22- 40 years.
- Salary:- Rs. 12,000/- per month (fixed).
- Essential Qualification:-
1) Shall be graduate viz MSW/BA/ B. Com with computer knowledge.
2) Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
3) Shall be fluent in the spoken and written local language.
4) Fluency in Hindi/ English would be an added qualification.
5) Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet
6) Skills in typing in the local language are essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage.

SBI has set up 151 Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) across the country as institutions to mitigate the unemployment and underemployment problems among the rural youth in the country.
RSETIs are non- profit institutions established with the support of the State Government and Central Governments. The objective is to generate self-employment in rural areas through training for capacity building and by facilitating settlement invocations. 60% of candidates trained in RSETIs belong to the ‘Below Poverty Line (BPL)’ category.
